1. High-Risk Trading

Forex, CFD, and leveraged trading are speculative and may not be suitable for every person. Leverage amplifies both gains and losses. You may lose all deposited capital and, depending on your broker and jurisdiction, may become liable for additional losses.

2. No Advice or Performance Guarantee

TradeCJ provides execution and management tools, not investment advice, signals, discretionary management, or a promise of profit. Examples, analytics, simulations, and historical results do not guarantee future performance.

2A. Regional Regulatory Notices

The following jurisdiction-specific notices apply wherever relevant to the user's location, chosen broker, or account setup.

  • UK/EU: TradeCJ is trading automation software. It is not authorised or regulated by the FCA, ESMA, or any EU national competent authority. Your trades are executed through your chosen broker.
  • UAE/MEA: TradeCJ is automation software only. Your trades are executed through your chosen broker under that broker's local permissions. TradeCJ does not hold client money, provide custody, or manage funds.
  • India: TradeCJ is algorithmic trading software. All trades are executed through your broker account regulated by SEBI. TradeCJ does not hold your funds or provide SEBI-registered investment advice.

3. Market and Execution Risk

Volatility, gaps, liquidity changes, news events, spreads, slippage, rejection, partial fills, and broker latency may cause an order to execute differently from the requested price or not execute at all.

4. Automation Risk

AutoTgt, TrailSL, PartialExe, Capital SL, Time Matrix, and other automated tools follow user-defined settings. Incorrect parameters, browser closure, session expiry, connectivity loss, software error, or unusual market conditions may cause unexpected outcomes.

5. Technology Risk

TradeCJ depends on internet access, compatible devices and browsers, hosting, market data, broker servers, MT5, and other third parties. Keep direct access to your broker platform available for emergencies.

6. Broker and Custody Risk

Funds remain with the user's broker. TradeCJ does not control deposits, withdrawals, margin calls, pricing, execution, regulation, solvency, or custody. Users should independently assess broker regulation and financial standing.

7. Funded Account Risk

Prop-firm rules vary and can change without notice. TradeCJ does not guarantee compliance or funded status. A configuration error, automation event, or market move can breach daily-loss, drawdown, position-size, or other account rules.

8. Tool-Specific Limitations

Stop losses and targets are not guaranteed at an exact price. Connectivity-dependent tools may stop updating when a session disconnects. Capital-level controls may restrict new actions without automatically removing all market exposure. Partial exits and break-even actions remain subject to broker execution.

9. Psychological, Legal, and Currency Risk

Emotional decisions, overtrading, attempts to recover losses, tax duties, regulatory restrictions, and conversion between account and home currencies can materially affect results. Users are responsible for determining whether trading is lawful and suitable for them.

10. User Acknowledgement

By accepting this disclosure, you confirm that you understand the risks, can afford the potential loss, are responsible for every trading and configuration decision, and will test tools before live deployment. If you do not understand these risks, do not trade and seek independent professional advice.

These policies are presented in a web-readable format from the supplied TradeCJ drafts. Qualified legal counsel should review the final jurisdiction, entity, tax, and regulatory details before commercial launch.
