Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information TradeCJ collects, why it is used, when it may be shared, and the choices available to users.
TradeCJ does not sell personal or trading data.
Account, support, payment, security, and broker-connected data are used to operate the service.
Users may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction where applicable law allows.
1. Overview
TradeCJ is committed to protecting user privacy. This policy applies to the TradeCJ website, web application, support channels, account onboarding, and related services.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect information you provide directly, information generated by your use of the platform, and information required to operate a connected broker account.
- Name, email address, phone number, country, and account details.
- Billing status and transaction references supplied by payment processors; TradeCJ does not store full card details.
- Browser, device, IP address, approximate location, session, log, analytics, and security information.
- MT5 connection data, order history, account metrics, configurations, and automation parameters needed to provide platform functions.
- Support messages, feedback, surveys, and voluntary submissions.
- Queries sent to the TradeCJ AI assistant when query history is used for account support and product improvement.
3. How We Use Information
Information is used to provide and secure the platform, administer accounts and subscriptions, process onboarding, send service communications, answer support requests, investigate misuse, improve features, and comply with legal obligations.
4. Legal Bases
Depending on jurisdiction, processing may rely on contractual necessity, legitimate interests, legal obligations, or consent. Where processing is based on consent, that consent may be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing.
5. Data Sharing
TradeCJ does not sell personal or trading data. Limited information may be shared with vetted providers that support hosting, security, analytics, communications, customer support, and payments, or with authorities when legally required.
6. International Transfers
Service providers may process data outside the user's country. Where required, TradeCJ will use recognised contractual or legal safeguards intended to protect transferred data.
7. Security
TradeCJ uses reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including encrypted transmission and access controls. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, and users must also protect their devices and credentials.
8. Data Retention
Data is retained only as long as reasonably needed to maintain an account, provide services, meet tax or legal duties, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Data may then be deleted or anonymised.
9. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on applicable law, users may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, or withdrawal of consent. Some requests may be limited by legal, security, fraud-prevention, or record-retention obligations.
10. Cookies and Analytics
TradeCJ may use essential cookies and similar technologies for sessions, security, preferences, and performance measurement. Non-essential analytics or marketing technologies should be used only where permitted and with consent where required.
11. Children's Privacy
TradeCJ is not intended for anyone under 18 and does not knowingly collect personal data from minors. Information identified as belonging to a minor will be removed where reasonably possible.
12. Contact
Privacy questions and rights requests may be sent to support@tradecj.com. Identity verification may be required before a request is completed.
