Payment and No-Refund Policy
Subscription billing, supported currencies, taxes, renewals, payment authorisation, failed payments, cancellation, and the TradeCJ no-refund terms.
Subscriptions are billed in advance for the selected billing period.
Cancellation stops future renewal charges and does not create unused-time credits.
Verified duplicate charges or payment-processing errors may be corrected after review.
1. Subscription Charges
TradeCJ subscriptions are billed in advance for the selected monthly or annual period. By starting a paid subscription, you authorise the applicable payment processor to charge the displayed amount, applicable taxes, and any clearly disclosed recurring renewal.
2. Currencies and Payment Providers
TradeCJ may display regional prices in USD, INR, EUR, GBP, AED, or other currencies. Payments may be processed by different providers depending on region and method availability. Your bank or card issuer may apply conversion or cross-border fees.
3. Taxes
Displayed prices may exclude GST, VAT, sales tax, or similar charges. The applicable rate depends on billing location, customer status, and law. Any tax shown during checkout forms part of the total amount authorised.
4. Automatic Renewal
Where recurring billing is enabled, the subscription renews at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. Reasonable notice will be provided before a material price change applies to a renewal.
5. Cancellation
A subscription may be cancelled before its next renewal. Cancellation stops future recurring charges and normally takes effect at the end of the already-paid billing period. Cancelling does not create a refund or credit for unused time.
6. No-Refund Policy
Except where a refund is required by applicable consumer law, all subscription payments are final and non-refundable. TradeCJ does not provide partial-month, unused-time, change-of-mind, trading-loss, incompatibility, or account-rule-breach refunds.
7. Billing Errors and Duplicate Charges
A confirmed duplicate charge or payment-processing error may be corrected after verification. Contact support@tradecj.com promptly with the account email, date, amount, currency, and transaction reference. This exception does not change the general no-refund policy.
8. Failed Payments
Failed recurring payments may be retried. Platform access may be limited or suspended until the outstanding amount is paid. Users are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method and accurate billing details.
9. Chargebacks
Contact TradeCJ support before initiating a chargeback so a billing issue can be investigated. Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may lead to account suspension while the dispute is reviewed.
10. Plan Changes
Upgrades may take effect immediately and may include a prorated adjustment where supported by the payment provider. Downgrades normally take effect from the next billing period. Feature availability may change when a new plan becomes active.
